On 28 July 2026, the WAVETAILOR consortium gathered in Niklasdorf, Austria, for its 2nd Project Review Meeting, hosted by JOANNEUM RESEARCH Materials.
The review meeting represented an important milestone for the project, bringing together consortium partners, reviewers, representatives from the European Commission, and the Project Officer to assess the progress achieved and discuss the roadmap for the coming months.
Over the past year, the consortium has worked intensively to transform the project’s ambitious objectives into concrete technical achievements. Through close collaboration across the value chain, partners have advanced key technology developments, strengthened industrial and research cooperation, and established the foundations needed to accelerate the project towards its goals.
During the meeting, partners presented the latest results and demonstrated the progress made across the different work packages. The discussions with the reviewers and the European Commission provided valuable feedback and insights that will help guide the next phase of the project and maximize its scientific, technological, and industrial impact.
